Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 12 slice(s) toast bread, (sandwich toast)
  • 5 tomatoes, washed and sliced
  • 1 onion(s), peeled and cut into rings
  • 12 slice(s) cheese (Gouda or sandwich cheese), sliced
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy, inexpensive, delicious!

Spread the toast slices with mayonnaise, top with tomato slices and onion rings, season with salt and pepper, and arrange the cheese slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Delicious hot or cold!
