Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 melons (cantaloupe or honeydew melons)
- 150 g cheese (Roquefort cheese)
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- ½ bunch parsley
- black pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Core the melons and cut them into thin wedges. Cut off the rinds and arrange the flesh on four large plates. Cut the cheese into small pieces and sprinkle them on top. Drizzle everything with orange juice. Grind black pepper over the top. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it on top.
