Chocolate semolina porridge

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 90 g soft wheat semolina
  • n. B. Fruits of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Heat the milk and sugar, then add the chocolate. Stir in the semolina and stir until the desired consistency is reached (this may take a few minutes). Transfer to bowls, add fruit, and garnish, or enjoy warm or cold on its own.
