Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 1 banana(s), very ripe
- 3 apples
- possibly nuts, coconut flakes, raisins etc.
- some cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
ideal for spontaneous bread use
Cut the bread into small cubes. Mash the banana until soft. Grate the apples into small pieces. Add cinnamon and nuts, if desired, and knead everything like bread dough until a more or less smooth mixture forms. Place everything on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on how crispy you want it. The idea of this exercise is to transform dry bread and very ripe fruit into a delicious, sugar-free crumble. It was created in the spirit of food rescue as part of a WanderUni class and was always a big highlight. There have been numerous variations of the basic recipe. Be creative yourself. And now: Bon appétit, bon provecho!
