Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g spelt flakes
- 100 g oat flakes, wholemeal
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pecans
- 50 g almond(s), whole
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 35 g butter
- 50 g liquid honey
- 50 g maple syrup
- 50 g apricot(s), dried
- 50 g date(s), dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Roughly chop the nuts and seeds and mix with the spelt and oat flakes, salt, and sunflower seeds. Heat the butter with both syrups. Once melted, pour everything into the grain mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture onto a baking sheet lined with paper or foil and spread evenly. Roast in a preheated oven at 140°C for about 40 minutes. Stir the mixture every 10 minutes. Finely chop the apricots and dates and mix into the grain crunch once it has cooled.
