Lamb's lettuce with pear and Camembert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil (safflower oil or nut oil)
  • ½ bunch dill or dried dill
  • 2 pears (300 g)
  • 100g Camembert(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, trim, and dry the lamb’s lettuce. Whisk the vinegar, spices, and oil into a sauce, then add the dill. Wash, quarter, core, and slice the pears crosswise. Pour the sauce over the pears. Dice the Camembert and mix with the lamb’s lettuce, pears, and sauce. For a diet dinner, use 30% Camembert and sweetener. This serves four as a starter; two as a dinner.
