Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced pork
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 small spring onions
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- 400 g pasta (bows)
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water as usual until al dente. Brown the minced meat in a pan until crumbly and add the onions. Season the minced meat well with salt, pepper, and garlic. Wash the leek and spring onions and slice them thinly, add them to the minced meat, and sauté. Pour in a little water, bring to a boil, and stir in the vegetable stock. Stir in the tomato paste and mustard and simmer for 10 minutes. Then pour the mixture over the drained pasta and serve with a tablespoon of sour cream.
