Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag of ready-made mix for herb cream chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the chicken breast fillets and fry. Then season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place in a greased baking dish. Dice the zucchini and briefly sauté in the pan with the sliced ​​onion. Spread the ingredients over the chicken breast fillets. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese and arrange them in a layer in the baking dish. Mix the ready-made mix, cream, and sour cream well and pour over the dish. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. I serve it with rice or pasta.
