Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml sweet cream
- 1 pack of curry cream sauce
- 2 packs of curry sauce
- Soy sauce
- 1 large can of fruit (fruit cocktail)
- 150 g cheese, grated Gouda
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the meat with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Cut each piece into 3-4 cm pieces and place in a greased baking dish. Arrange the drained fruit cocktail pieces on top. Mix the water with the milk, cream, and sauce powder. Season with 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp. curry powder and pour over the meat. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Spread the Gouda cheese over the meat and sprinkle with a little curry powder. Bake for another 10 minutes at 150°C. Serve with rice.
