Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 bananas
- 1 bottle of chili sauce
- 1 pack of bacon
- 200 g cream or sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the chicken breast fillets in a little chicken broth and cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. Then place them in a baking dish. Top with the sliced bananas. Whisk together the cream and chili sauce and pour over the dish. Season with salt and pepper. Then fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and spread it over the dish. Then place the whole thing in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
