Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Chinese cabbage
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g soy sprouts
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Sambal Oelek
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Clean the Chinese cabbage, halve it, remove the stem, cut it into thin strips, wash it, and let it drain. Clean, wash, peel, and coarsely grate the carrots. Rinse the bean sprouts and let it drain. Peel the onion and finely slice it with the green parts. Mix the vinegar, cooking oil, and soy sauce well. Season with sambal oelek and sugar. Mix everything together and let it sit for 30 minutes.
