  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • some milk to mix
  • ¼ liter cream
  • 1 tbsp chocolate shavings for decoration

Combine the chocolate shavings, sugar, and milk on the stovetop until thick and smooth. Once the ingredients have dissolved, let it cool, stirring frequently. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and mix into the mixture. Pour everything into a mold of your choice and freeze in the freezer. Decorate with chocolate shavings before serving.
