Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 400 g milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Ice cream basic recipe, simple, quick, without egg, basis for different flavors

Whisk the ingredients to dissolve the sugar. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and wait until it reaches the desired consistency. Mine takes about 20-30 minutes and produces wonderfully creamy ice cream. Variations: For fruit ice cream, replace 200 g of milk with 200 g of pureed fruit, such as raspberries, pears, plums, or mango. For a creamier ice cream, use 200 ml of milk and 400 ml of cream.
