Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cauliflower
- 250 g broccoli
- 100 g crème fraîche légère
- 2 eggs
- 30 g Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- n. B. Grated cheese for gratinating

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Vegetable casserole with my favorite vegetables and completely without carbohydrates
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets and wash them. Pre-cook in salted water for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your preference (soft or firm to the bite), then transfer to a shallow casserole dish. Mix the crème légère, eggs, Parmesan, and seasonings well, season to taste, and spread evenly over the vegetables. Finally, sprinkle some cheese on top (I prefer raclette cheese) and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes.
