Spinach – Feta – Lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 750 g spinach
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 9 lasagna sheets, pre-cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry briefly in oil. Add the spinach and stir to thaw. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Place three lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Layer half of the spinach on top. Then crumble a packet of feta cheese over the top; cover with three lasagna sheets. Spread the second half of the spinach on top, crumble the second packet of feta cheese on top, and cover with the remaining three lasagna sheets. Spread the sour cream over the top and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
