Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g broccoli
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml sweet cream
- 50 g cheese, grated
- Salt
- pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Trim the broccoli, cut into small florets, and boil in salted water for 3 minutes. Bring the cream and milk to a boil in a small saucepan and let cool. Whisk the 4 eggs and stir into the cooled milk. Place the broccoli in a greased casserole dish, pour the milk and egg mixture over it, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for approximately 20-30 minutes.
