Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g spinach, fresh or frozen leaf spinach
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g cheese (gratin cheese)
- 100 g crème fraîche
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sauté the diced onion and garlic in the oil, add the prepared spinach, and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain and transfer to a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the cheese evenly over the top, scatter the crème fraîche on top, and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
