Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g minced pork
- 3 bell peppers, green, red, yellow
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g cucumber(s)
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the minced meat in hot clarified butter, stirring occasionally, until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finely chop the onion and add it to the meat, frying briefly. Wash and halve the bell peppers, cut into strips, and add to the meat. Peel and halve the cucumber, and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut into 0.5 cm-thick slices and add to the meat, sautéing briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and sprinkle with rosemary. Simmer over medium heat for about 8 minutes. I serve it with rice.
