Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g cheese, grated
- n. B. Ham, diced
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
enough for approx. 12 pieces
Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together (this works best with your fingers). Pour the batter into a greased 12-cup muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes. A quick tip: Don’t use paper baking cups – and if absolutely necessary, remove them immediately after baking. Otherwise, the muffins will stick to them once they cool.
