Chocolate cake with nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 g nuts, ground
  • 80 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 ml oil
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simply mix all ingredients together. Grease a 30cm (12″) loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 150-175°C (300-350°F) for about 60 minutes. Once the cake is cool, frost it with chocolate icing.
