Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1,000 g quark (low-fat)
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 40 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- 1 pack flavoring (grated lemon peel)
- 1 jar morello cherries
- 100 g almond(s), sliced
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with sliced almonds
Drain the morello cherries. In the meantime, make a pancake batter with the remaining ingredients. After draining the morello cherries, mix them with the pancake batter. Heat oil in a pan and fry the batter in batches until golden brown on both sides. Garnish with sliced almonds. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
