Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ banana(s)
- 3 tbsp, heaped flour
- 1 ½ tbsp milk
- some butter
- ½ apple
- 2 tsp cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Mix the flour with the milk. Mash the banana and add it to the batter. Fry the pancake in butter in a pan until golden brown. Slice the apple, place it on the finished pancake, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
