Vanilla pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

It’s easy, you don’t need any special ingredients and it tastes really delicious

Mix all ingredients with a food processor or hand mixer to ensure there are no lumps. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Fry the pancakes in batches in a pan with melted butter until golden brown on each side.
