Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g biscuits (butter biscuits, possibly wholemeal biscuits)
  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 800 g condensed milk, sweetened (e.g. Milchmädchen)
  • 240 ml lime juice
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super light and totally delicious

For the base, first crush the biscuits and mix with the butter. Place them in a 26cm springform pan and form a rim about 3cm high. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, for the filling, beat the egg yolks until light yellow. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and finally, briefly stir in the lime juice. Bake at 175°C for another 20-25 minutes. Let it set in the refrigerator for about 3 hours and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
