Sweet pancakes with quark

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • ½ tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the egg, flour, oats, and quark, gradually adding just enough milk to form a tough dough. Add sugar to taste. Let the dough rest for a while. Heat the clarified butter in a pan, add small portions of the dough, and lightly (!) flatten them. Cook briefly on a medium heat until the underside is light brown and the top is still almost liquid. Then turn over and cook the other side until light brown. Enjoy with sugar, jam, Nutella, or cream. Tip: If you’re quick-fingered, you can add apple or banana slices to the still-liquid side of the pan.
