Spicy pepper butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 2 tbsp peppercorns, green
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tsp horseradish, grated
  • some salt and pepper, white
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cream the softened butter until fluffy, add all the other ingredients, and mix thoroughly. Spread into a nice little bowl and chill for a while. Serve with some fresh white bread before eating.
