Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml cream
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint, to taste
- 40 g chocolate, dark, chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Grind the sugar and mint in a blender and mix with the cream and maple syrup. Cut the chocolate into pieces and fold in. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze.
