Strawberry-raspberry sorbet

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp blackcurrant

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Transfer to an ice cream maker and let it set. Then freeze for a few hours. Serve with a fruit salad or a raspberry jam. Or as a refreshing starter with sparkling wine.
