Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp Skyr
- ½ tsp baking powder
- salt and pepper
- Herbs to taste
- 2 tbsp wheat flour type 1050 or whole wheat flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine the remaining ingredients with a mixer and carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread four equal-sized flatbreads on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Do not open the oven. Let cool for another 5 minutes and then top with your favorite toppings. You can also sprinkle with seeds, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds before baking.
