Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 pinches of baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder (can be varied according to taste)
- 2 tsp, heaped protein powder (vanilla flavor), slightly heaped
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Sweetener

Low-carb snack, something to snack on, sweet, gluten-free
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the egg yolks with the remaining ingredients and carefully fold into the egg whites. Place a few “mounds” of batter (depending on the desired size) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, until the desired browning is achieved. They’re best eaten warm while they’re still nice and fluffy.
