delicious on an appetizer plate

Cook 250g of leaf spinach, let it cool, and squeeze it dry (for example, in a tea towel). Then chop it finely. Mix the spinach with 1/2 package of herb cream cheese and the crushed garlic clove, season with salt and pepper. Chill. Form the well-chilled mixture into walnut-sized balls. Flatten slightly and roll in the almond flakes. Garnish with lemon slices. They taste especially good on an appetizer plate with salmon snails.
