Pasta casserole with meat sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, cooked al dente
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 200 g tomatoes from the can, peeled
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 400 g cream
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the sausage and tomatoes into small pieces and toss with the precooked pasta. Mix the cream with the eggs and season with spices. Pour everything into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the casserole at approximately 180°C for 45 minutes to an hour, until the cream and egg mixture has set.
