Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 cups of yogurt (full-fat yogurt, 150 g each)
- Salt
- pepper
- cumin
- 1 pot of mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roast sesame seeds in a nonstick pan without fat. Mix with crushed garlic, yogurt, salt, pepper, cumin, and chopped mint. This dip tastes great with raw vegetables or potato wedges.
