a great recipe for a child’s birthday party

Preheat oven to 170°C. Mix butter and sugar together with an electric mixer. Then add the remaining ingredients. Pour batter into a cupcake tin and bake for 15 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Frosting: Mix all of the frosting ingredients together and then chill for 20 minutes. Then spread the frosting on the cupcakes using either a spatula or a piping bag. Then chill the cupcakes again for about 30 minutes. Caterpillar & decoration: Then arrange the cupcakes into a caterpillar. Place the head on the first (unfrosted) cupcake and add the eyes, antennae, mouth and nose. See picture! Behind the head, i.e. on the 2nd cupcake, there is also an unfrosted cupcake to support the head. Use the sour fries to attach the legs to the cupcakes.
