Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g margarine
- 350 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 pack of lemon(s) – grated zest (Citroback)
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
normal baking tray 35×40 cm
First, beat the margarine until fluffy. Alternately stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and lemon zest. Then combine the flour and baking powder, sift, and stir in. For the icing: Combine the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Bake the cake at 170°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Then let the cake cool and spread the icing over the cake.
