Layered Meat
The perfect layered meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
To serve:
- 500 g Pork meat
- 250 g Minced meat
- 250 g Canned mushrooms
- 50 g Onions
- 100 g Gypsy sauce
- 100 g Shish kebab grill sauce
- 200 ml Cream
- Cooked rice
- Bean sprouts
- Pesto
- Cut the pork into pieces and place in an ovenproof dish on top of olive oil. Layer the minced meat and canned mushrooms on top and cover with onions.
- Whisk the gypsy sauce and the shish kebab grill sauce with the cream and distribute evenly over the layer of meat.
- Bake for one hour at 175 degrees.
To serve:
- Shape the slightly cooked rice into a flat cylinder using a molding ring on a plate. Cut out an approximately equal portion of layered meat and place on the rice. Garnish with bean sprouts and pesto.
