Baked pork fillet with bananas in curry cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 4 bananas
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 80 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Fat for frying
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the fillet into approximately 2 cm thick slices and season with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in a pan with hot oil. Then place the slices side by side in a greased, shallow baking dish. Peel and halve the bananas, and place them on top of the fillets. Season the cream with tomato paste, curry powder, and salt to taste and pour over the bananas and meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes.
