Strawberry brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking cocoa
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tsp strawberry jam or 2 tsp
  • 100 g strawberries, fresh, or 150 g
  • Strawberries and dark chocolate for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

To make the brownie mixture, melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water. The mixture should not be hot, just warm. In another bowl, beat the sugar, salt, and eggs until creamy. Then add the chocolate-butter mixture and mix well. Then add the flour and cocoa powder. The brownie batter is placed in a lightly greased brownie pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 18-20 minutes. After baking, the brownie should cool thoroughly. To make the topping, mix the cocoa, cream stabilizer, and sugar together and add them to the cream while whipping. Once the cake has cooled, spread the strawberry jam over the cake and top with the strawberry slices. Then add the chocolate cream. You can decorate the brownie with fresh strawberries and melted dark chocolate.
