Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 5 eggs, separated
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 3 tbsp rum
- 3 bananas
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 pack of cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Coarsely grate the chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with the butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the chocolate, cinnamon, ground hazelnuts, and rum. Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork, and stir them into the batter along with the flour and baking powder. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Butter a loaf pan, dust with breadcrumbs, and pour in the batter. Bake at 180°C for 60-70 minutes. Melt the chocolate glaze in a water bath, cover the cake with it, and decorate with coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
