Apple tart / apple pie with applesauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the mold
  • 2 apples
  • 1 jar applesauce, large jar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Make a dough from the ingredients. Grease a 26cm springform pan and pour about 2/3 of the dough into the base, forming a thin rim. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Mix them with the applesauce and cinnamon. Spread the mixture over the base. Place the remaining dough on top of the mixture in a lattice or crumble pattern and bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180–200°C (350–400°F) for about 1 hour.
