Strawberry jam with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. Chop them finely and bring to a boil in a saucepan with the preserving sugar. Stir in the cinnamon and immediately pour into jars.
