Ham toast with Camembert and apple slices

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • some butter
  • 8 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 apple, cut into wedges, approx.
  • 300g Camembert(s)
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quickly prepared, delicious snack

Cut the apple into not-too-thick slices and lightly sauté them in a little butter. Lightly toast the slices of toast (not too dark) and spread with a little butter. Then place the cooked ham on the slices of toast and arrange the apple slices on top. Cut the Camembert into thin slices, place on the toast, and season with pepper. Briefly grill in the oven until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
