Pasta with minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, chunky
  • possibly tomato paste
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Paprika powder
  • cumin
  • oregano
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 500 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

With zucchini and peppers

Cook the pasta until al dente. Heat oil in a pan and brown the minced meat. Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean and dice the bell peppers. Wash and dice the zucchini. Add the vegetables to the minced meat and sauté. Add the chopped and pureed tomatoes and the vegetable stock powder, bring to a boil, and simmer gently. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and oregano. Stir in the parsley and thicken with tomato paste, if desired. Serve with the pasta.
