Spaghetti with cheese and minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 100 g cream cheese spread
  • 100 g cream or milk
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Brown the minced meat in olive oil and add the sliced ​​leeks. Pour in about 1/4 liter of milk, add the two types of cheese and the cream, melt, and simmer gently. Season with salt, pepper, and marjoram. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Serve the sauce with the drained spaghetti.
