Baked potato halves

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 m.-sized potatoes, waxy
  • salt water
  • 8 slices of ham (breakfast ham)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 40 g Parmesan, grated
  • 400 g herb cream cheese (Brunch fine herbs)
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes with their skins on in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain, peel off the skins, and halve lengthwise. Cut the ham lengthwise. Wrap the ham around the potato halves. Wash the chives and pat dry. Cut into fine rolls. Mix the Parmesan cheese, chives, and curd. Place the potatoes on a greased baking sheet. Spread the brunch cream on the potato halves. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (gas mark 2, fan oven: 150°C) for about 15 minutes.
