Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 figs
- 2 tbsp salad seed mix (pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (mirabelle balsamic vinegar)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Wash the figs and cut them into quarters or eighths. Roast the lettuce seeds in a pan without fat. Place the figs on a plate, drizzle with 1 tablespoon each of vinegar and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper as desired. Finally, sprinkle the cooled seeds over the top. Serve fresh. Suitable as an appetizer or as a small dish with bread.
