Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g celery
  • 250 g apples
  • 100 g walnuts, peeled
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Peel the celery and cut into very fine strips. Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the cores, and also cut into very fine strips. Finely chop the walnuts, reserving a few for garnish. Season the mayonnaise with salt, whip the cream until stiff peaks, and fold in. Combine all ingredients with the dressing, transfer to a salad bowl, and garnish with the remaining walnuts. Let the salad marinate in a cool place for about 2 hours.
