Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 40 g butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

great side dish

Clean the broccoli, separate the florets, and boil in water until al dente. Drain. Melt the butter, slice the garlic, and fry until translucent. Then add the broccoli and toss. Season with salt.
