Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 350 g strawberries, fresh
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 50 g biscuits (amaretti biscuits)
  • possibly strawberries
  • possibly mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with a little cold milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and stir in the mixed mix. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously, then transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap (to prevent skins from forming). Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries, add the remaining sugar, and drizzle with amaretto. Then mix and let stand. Roughly chop the amaretti biscuits and blend the cooled pudding with a mixer until creamy. Now alternate the strawberries, amaretti biscuits, and pudding into 4 wide, large cocktail glasses. Finish with amaretti biscuits. Garnish with whole strawberries and mint, if desired.
