Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of cranberries, dried
- 100 g leaf lettuce(s)
- 1 bunch of radishes, just the leaves!
- 1 tbsp, sautéed chia seeds
- 600 ml water, still
Instructions

Cranberry – powerful berry for the immune system
Wash the apple, remove the stem, and remove the blossom. Cut into pieces, including the core and peel, and add them to the blender with the cranberries. Wash the lettuce and radish leaves thoroughly and add them to the blender. Add the chia seeds and fill with water. Blend for 2 minutes on high or use the “green smoothie” setting. I blend this batch twice. It will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
